Why can't indoor camera connect to WiFi?

There are several reasons why the camera can't connect to WiFi:

  1. Wrong WiFi name or password: Please make sure you have entered the correct WiFi name and password. If you are not sure, you can try to re-enter the password or reset the WiFi name and password.
  2. Unstable signal: if the WiFi signal is unstable, it may cause the camera can not connect to WiFi. you can try to shorten the distance between the camera and the WiFi router, or use a signal amplifier to strengthen the WiFi signal.
  3. WiFi router settings: some routers may limit the number of connected devices or set up features such as MAC address filtering, resulting in the camera not being able to connect to WiFi. you can try adjusting the router settings to allow the camera to connect, or use another router to try.
  4. Camera failure: If the camera hardware is faulty, it may not be able to connect to WiFi, you can try to reboot the camera or restore it to factory settings, or contact the camera manufacturer for repair or replacement.
