Why is the camera prompting me to go offline?

Oct 19,2023 | Arenti Camera

1. Confirm whether the camera power is normal or not may be due to mistakenly touching the plug leading to the camera power failure and thus make the camera offline;

2. If the quality of the camera's power plug is not good, it may cause the camera voltage instability and thus often drop the camera, it is recommended to use the manufacturer's own power plug;

3. If the WiFi signal of your home router is unstable, it may also cause the camera to go offline frequently, so you need to check the network quality of the camera as often as possible to see if it is above 80%;

4. Confirm whether the cell phone network is stable online. Cell phone network instability may also lead to not being able to properly connect to the camera. You can check if the camera is normal by connecting to it under the condition of a more stable WiFi network.

5. If the camera is always offline, it may be due to problems with the initial settings. You need to re-initialize the camera settings and then continue to monitor the online status.

6. If many of the above problems have been eliminated but the camera is still often offline, it may be a hardware problem of the camera, we recommend consulting the manufacturer's customer service to seek advice or replace the camera hardware.
