How to connect arenti camera to new WiFi?

Many customers who have purchased Arenti Indoor camera, Outdoor camera and Baby monitor want to know how to connect their cameras to the new WiFi.

This is actually quite simple. You just need to remove the camera device from the APP. Then bring the device to the new-WiFi coverage area you need to connect to and re-associate the device.

Here are steps:

Step 1: Delete the device from Arenti APP

Press and hold the device, then delete it.

Step 2: Re-add the device.

Step 3: Press and hold for 4-5 seconds to reset the camera. 

Step 4: Follow the ste instructins on yr smartphone to add the monior, and scan the QR code with our camera.

Note: Sometimes you need to try again to connect cause the unstable network.
