Refund Policy

We at Arenti strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers at all times. If your product does not meet your expectations or has defects, you can follow the following guidelines to request a refund, exchange, or repair, depending on your situation.

Important Note: Orders that are in process, in the queue, or have already been shipped (you have received a tracking number or the order status is marked as completed) generally cannot be canceled. If you refuse to accept delivery due to force majeure after the package has been shipped by Arenti, the following return and refund conditions will apply to you, and the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

 

a) For unwanted products

If an Arenti product that you purchased directly from Arenti is not to your satisfaction but has not been confirmed as defective by a certified Arenti technician, we refer to such products as "unwanted products."

You can return unwanted products to Arenti within 30 days of the delivery date to receive a full refund or exchange, unless otherwise stated on the product listing on our website, receipt, or packing slip. You are responsible for the shipping costs. After 30 days, a refund or exchange for unwanted products is no longer possible.

To avoid delays or the rejection of your refund request, please provide the following information before returning the product and use the reference images provided by us:

    1. Please send multiple pictures of the product to support@arenti.com before returning it, including the following:

  • A picture of the product in its original packaging.
  • A picture of the complete outer packaging of the product.
  • A picture of the product taken out of the packaging, showing the condition of the product to identify any damage or scratches.
  • A picture of the barcode on the outer packaging of the product.

You can use the following pictures as a reference:

We would recommend choosing a transportation company with a tracking option that can provide a delivery confirmation when returning the product to the address specified by Arenti. Arenti is not responsible for the loss or damage of refund products in transit.

 

b) For defective products (not artificially damaged)

If you find that the product is defective (not artificially damaged) upon receipt, you can return it to Arenti within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund or exchange. After the 30-day period but within the 2-year warranty period, a full refund is no longer possible, but you can still request an exchange or repair. Arenti will cover all shipping costs.

 

c) For artificially damaged products

A refund is not possible for artificially damaged products. While you can request an exchange or repair within 30 days, you are responsible for all service fees, shipping costs, and other associated expenses. After 30 days, exchanges or repairs will no longer be accepted.

Subscription Refund Policy

Refund Policy 

  • Purchased but not activated

You can request a refund before the service is activated.We calculate a refund fee of 20% of the remaining balance.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after your request.

  • Purchased and activated

4G data plans: We apologize, refunds are not possible here.

Cloud storage or AI packages: we calculate a refund fee of 20% and the cost of converting the actual hours used, and refund the remaining balance.

If the order is less than six months old, please provide the device SN and we will process a manual refund;


If the order is more than six months old, please request a refund through the Paypal software.

  • How to request a refund from Google Play

If you are outside the 2-hour timeframe and wish to request a refund, please check if the purchased item meets the refund criteria of Google Play. For most Google Play products, you need to request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.

Access the Google Play refund request page with a web browser, read the refund information, and click Continue.

Verify the credit card used for the purchase. Then select Continue.

Google Play will display a list of recent purchases. Select the purchase you want to refund, and then go through the steps. Google promises that you will receive a response to your request within 15 minutes or less than four days.

  • How to request a refund from Apple Pay

1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.

2. Tap or click "I want" and then select "Request a refund".

The iPhone will display the "Report a Problem" website where you can request a refund. After selecting "Request a refund", choose the reason for the refund.
After selecting, proceed.

Select the app, subscription, or other item, and then select Send. If you have been charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription.

Cancellation of monthly subscription

1. Sign in to your PayPal account and click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. In the advanced settings menu, switch to the Payments tab and click on Manage Automatic Payments.
3. On the next screen, select the payment you want to cancel. Once it is open, click on the Cancel button.

  • How to cancel the continuous monthly subscription in Google Play

 Google Play Store on Android 

1. First, launch the "Play Store" app.If you can't find it on your device, swipe up on the home screen to open the app drawer, then scroll until you find apps.
2. Click on the menu icon in the top left corner of the user interface.
3. In the list, click on the "Subscribe" option.
4. You should now see all the paid subscriptions from the Play Store. Click on the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Click on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the page.
6. Enter a reason for canceling your subscription and click on the "Next" button.
7. Cancel your Play Store subscription from the Android app by clicking on the "Cancel Order" button.


Google Play Store subscription via the internet

1. If you can no longer use your Android device or prefer to manage your finances from your computer,If you want to, you can cancel your subscription to the app through the Google Play Store website.

Open the Google Play Store in your preferred browser. In the left sidebar, select the "My Subscriptions" link.
2. Then click on the Manage button on the right side of the screen that corresponds to the subscription you want to cancel. In the popup menu at the bottom, select the option to cancel the subscription.
3. Finally, click on the "Unsubscribe" button to confirm your decision.

  • How to cancel the monthly recurring subscription from Apple

Apple can cancel the automatic renewal from the app. Follow the steps below to cancel in the App Store or in the Apple settings

Cancel through the App Store

1. Go to the Apple App Store page and click on [Avatar] in the upper left corner.
2. After accessing the ID interface, click on [Subscribe] in the sidebar.
3. After opening the list of subscription items, select [Order] to cancel the automatic renewal.
4. On the order details page, select [Cancel Subscription] and click on it.
5. In the pop-up window, select [Confirm] and click.

1. After making the settings, click on the [Avatar] icon at the top.
2. After opening the user page, click on the [Subscribe] option on the page.
3. After opening the subscription list, select the [Order] to be canceled and click on it.
4. After switching to the Edit Subscription page, click on [Cancel Subscription] on the page.
5. In the pop-up window, select [Confirm] and click.
