Refund Policy

At Arenti, we strive to ensure our customers' satisfaction at all times. In case your product does not meet your expectations or has any defects, you can follow the guidelines below to request a refund, exchange or repair, depending on your situation.

Important Note: Orders that are already in process, on hold or shipped (e.g., when you have received a tracking number or the order status is marked as completed) generally cannot be canceled. If you refuse to accept delivery due to force majeure after the package has been shipped by Arenti, the following return and refund policies apply. Please note that returns are only accepted via courier service; customers cannot personally deliver packages to the returns center. In addition, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

 

a) For unwanted products

If an Arenti product purchased directly from Arenti is not to your satisfaction but has not been confirmed as defective by an Arenti certified technician, we refer to such products as "unwanted products."

You may return unwanted products to Arenti for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, unless otherwise stated on the product listing on our website, receipt or packing slip. You are responsible for shipping costs. After 30 days, no refund or exchange is possible for unwanted products.

To avoid delays or rejection of your refund request, please provide the following information before returning the product, using the reference pictures we provide:

    1. Please send several pictures of the product to support@arenti.com before returning, including the following:

  • A picture of the product in its original packaging.
  • A picture of the complete outer packaging of the product.
  • A picture of the product taken out of the packaging, showing the condition of the product to identify any damage or scratches.
  • An image of the barcode on the outer packaging of the product.

You can use the following images as a reference:

We would recommend that you choose a carrier with tracking option and that can provide a delivery confirmation to return the product to the address provided by Arenti. Arenti is not responsible for the loss or damage of refund products in transit.

 

b) For defective products (not artificially damaged)

If you find that the product is defective (not artificially damaged) upon receipt, you can return it to Arenti within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund or exchange. After the 30 days, but within the 2-year warranty period, a full refund is no longer possible, but you can still request an exchange or repair. Arenti will cover all shipping costs.

 

c) For artificially damaged products

Products that are artificially damaged are not eligible for a refund. While you may request an exchange or repair within 30 days, you will be responsible for all service fees, shipping costs and other related expenses. After 30 days, exchanges or repairs will not be accepted.

 

Under normal circumstances we do not provide return labels. If a return label is required, we will provide one from our designated courier service for the customer to print themselves. It is important to use the return label provided to ensure proper processing of your return.

 

To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@arenti.com. Please DO NOT return the items before contacting us. If you have any questions about returns, you can always contact us atsupport@arenti.comcontact us.

⁎ We only support returns via courier service to the specified warehouse. Please make sure you use the return address we provide so that the package arrives at the right location. If the return is not made as per the instructions and the product is not returned properly resulting in loss, we may not be able to provide a full refund.

If the order was placed less than six months ago, please provide the device SN and we will issue a manual refund;

  • How to Request a Refund from Apple Pay

2. Tap or click "I want" and then select "Request a refund".

The iPhone displays the Report a Problem website where you can request a refund. After selecting Request a Refund, choose the reason for the refund.
After making your selection, click continue.

  • How to cancel continuous monthly subscription in Google Play

 Google Play Store auf Android 

1 First, launch the "Play Store" app. If you can't find it on your device, swipe up from the Home screen to open the app drawer, then scroll until you find Apps.
2. Then click the menu icon in the upper left corner of the interface.
3. Click the “Subscribe” option from the list.
4. You should now see all the subscriptions paid for by the Play Store. Click on the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the page.
6 Enter a reason for canceling your subscription and click the "Next" button.
7. Cancel your Play Store subscription from the Android app by clicking the "Cancel Order" button.


Google Play Store subscription via the Internet

1.If you can no longer use your Android device or if you prefer to manage your finances from your computer, you can cancel your subscription to the app through the Google Play Store website.

Go to the Google Play Store using your preferred browser. Select the "My Subscriptions" link in the left sidebar.
2. Then click the Manage button on the right side of the screen that corresponds to the subscription you want to cancel. Select Cancel Subscription from the pop-up menu at the bottom. "Manage" option.
3. Finally, click the "Unsubscribe" button to confirm your decision.

  • How to cancel Apple's monthly subscription

Apple may cancel auto-renewal from within the app. Follow these steps to cancel in the App Store or Apple Settings

Cancel via the App Store

1. Go to the Apple App Store page and click [Avatar] in the upper left corner.
2. Jump to Apple After entering the ID interface, click [Subscribe] in the side column.
3. After opening the list of subscription items, select [Order] to cancel automatic renewal.
4 On the order details page, select and click [Cancel Subscription].
5 In the pop-up window, select [Confirm] and click.


Cancel in the settings

1. After you have made the settings, click the [Avatar] icon at the top.
2. After opening the user page, click on the [Subscribe] option on the page.
3. After opening the subscription list, select and click the [order] you want to cancel.
4. After you go to the Edit Subscription page, click [Cancel Subscription] on the page.
5. In the pop-up window, select [Confirm] and click.
