Shipping Information

Please read the shipping information from Arenti carefully to understand how your order will be shipped, how your shipment will be tracked, and what the ownership, conditions, and risks are.

 

 

Where We Ship

Orders placed on the official Arenti website can be shipped to the following countries and regions:

Note: Delivery to remote areas may take longer. Please note that the delivery time depends on the address provided in the order.

 

Any delivery date provided by us is only our best estimate, and Arenti is not responsible for any losses or damages you may incur due to reasonable or unavoidable delivery delays.

 

 

Shipping Costs

There is FREE SHIPPING for all orders to the countries and regions listed above.

 

The total amount indicated at checkout is only the amount you need to pay for the product(s).

 

For products that are NOT shipped from the local warehouse (recipient's address and shipping warehouse are not in the same region or country) and for which no customs fees need to be declared, Arenti is not responsible for customs duties, taxes (including VAT), and brokerage fees (if applicable). These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

For orders shipped to the aforementioned remote areas, you, as the buyer, may be required to pay customs fees.

 

 

Check the Status of Your Order and Delivery

Your order can be tracked after you receive an email confirmation.

 

You can easily view your order through the online tracking page. Enter your order ID, type your email, and click "TRACK". You will receive the details of your order and the tracking number. Click "TRACK" on the page to track your shipment in detail.

 

 

Ownership, Conditions, and Risks

All orders will be shipped within 2 business days, EXCEPT for your pre-orders. Please note the estimated shipping date for pre-ordered items.

 

Please ensure that your address information is correct as we cannot change the direction of a package once it is on its way. All orders will be shipped only to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to verify and confirm this. If a loss occurs due to an incorrectly entered address or fraudulent transaction, you will be solely responsible for the financial loss.

 

Note: Please do not provide a PO Box address as your package cannot be shipped by any courier.

 

Orders that have already been shipped (you have received a tracking number or your order status has been completed) usually cannot be canceled. If you need to refuse delivery due to force majeure after your package has been shipped by Arenti, you will be subject to the return and refund policies and will need to pay the original shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.

 

Please note that you will be required to sign for your package upon delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery and do not receive your package, we will send you an email notification.You can contact the courier service to arrange for another delivery.

 

If you do not contact the delivery company within 5 days after the delivery attempt, they may return the item to us. In this case, we may charge you a return fee that can be double the delivery cost. We reserve the right to ask you to pay the return fee and the additional costs for redelivery before we can deliver the goods to you again.

 

It is your responsibility to check the completeness and condition of the goods upon delivery. Before accepting the delivery, you should carefully inspect the goods for any obvious damages and, if possible, check the contents. If the goods are delivered damaged, you have the right to reject the goods and inform the delivery person of the reason for the rejection. Alternatively, you can sign for the delivery as "UNCHECKED" and thereby accept the order as complete.

 

If the product you ordered is not available for any reason at the time of your order, we will contact you by email or phone within the same or next working day. We will inform you about the estimated delivery time. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to cancel your order without obligation, and we will refund you the full amount.

 

After a successful transaction, you will be notified that your order has been shipped and receive a tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number within 48 hours after completing the purchase, please check your "Spam" folder first and then contact us.
