Does it work with the 5GHz WiFi network?
The O3 camera is only compatible with 2.4GHz WLAN networks. This frequency provides optimal stability and connectivity for our device and ensures reliable performance. Please make sure that your WLAN network operates in the 2.4GHz band before connecting the camera. If your router supports both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, you may need to temporarily disable the 5GHz band during the setup process to ensure a successful connection.
Does the O3 support 24x7 recording?
Yes, the O3 supports 24/7 recording. There are two storage options for playback: 1. Event recording; 2. 24/7 recording.
Should I take a battery-powered camera (e.g. O3) or a wired camera? What are the differences?
Battery-powered cameras offer more flexibility as they are not bound by cables and power outlets. However, they need to be recharged and only support clip recordings. Wired cameras support both 24/7 recordings (when using local storage*) and clip recordings.
Are the micro-USB port and the adapter waterproof?
The micro-USB port is equipped with a waterproof silicone cover, but the adapter is not. Please use a waterproof cover when connecting the device outdoors.
Can this camera be used outdoors and indoors?
This camera can be used both indoors and outdoors. It is weatherproof certified to IP65 and has an operating temperature range of -20°C to 50°C (-4°F to 122°F), making it ideal for outdoor and indoor use.
Can the power cable be extended?
No, we're sorry, the power cable of the O3 camera cannot be extended.
How long is the power cable?

Does the camera have a motion tracking function?
No, this camera does not have any motion tracking functions.
