SECTION 1 - WHY DO WE NEED YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect personal information you give us, such as your name, address and email address.
We also automatically receive the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer when you browse our store in order to provide us with information that will help us understand your browser and operating system.
Email Marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
SECTION 2 - CONSENT
How do we obtain your consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for delivery, or return an item, it means that you consent to our collecting and using that information only for that specific reason.
If we ask you to provide personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will either ask for your explicit consent directly or provide you with the opportunity to decline.
How do you withdraw your consent?
If you change your mind after you have opted in, you may withdraw your consent to our contacting you to continue collecting, using or disclosing your information at any time by contacting us at support@arenti.com.
SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law, or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - Shopline
Our store is hosted by Shopline. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify's data stores, databases and general applications. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payments:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopline stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is only stored for as long as it takes to complete your purchase transaction. Upon completion, your purchase transaction information will be deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, which is governed by the PCI Security Standards Council and was developed by brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our stores and their service providers.
SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party vendors we use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to enable them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we need to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you can understand the way these providers handle your personal information.
In particular, please keep in mind that some vendors may be located in or have facilities in jurisdictions different from yours or ours. Therefore, if you choose to engage in a transaction involving the services of a third-party service provider, your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
For example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, the personal information you use to complete that transaction may be subject to disclosure under U.S. law, including the Patriot Act.
Once you leave our store's website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer subject to this Privacy Policy or our website's Terms of Service.

When you click on links from our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that information is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted using Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission or electronic storage over the Internet is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and enforce other generally accepted industry standards.
