Does the camera support 5GHz wifi?
No, O3 cameras are only compatible with 2.4GHz WiFi networks. This frequency provides the best stability and connectivity for our devices, ensuring reliable performance. Before trying to connect your camera, make sure your WiFi network is operating on the 2.4GHz band. If your router supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequencies, you may need to temporarily disable the 5GHz band during setup to ensure a successful connection. Does O3 support 24x7 recording?
Yes, the O3 supports 24/7 recording. There are two storage options for playback: 1. Event recording. 2. 24/7 recording.
How do I choose between a battery camera (eg. O3) and a wired camera? What are the differences?
Battery cameras are more flexible, without the limitations of cables and power sockets, while they need to be charged and only support clip-recording. Wired cameras support both 24/7 recording (when using local storage*) and clip recording.
Is the Micro USB connection and the adapter waterproof?
The Micro USB connector part is equipped with a waterproof silicon cover, while the adapter is not. Please use it with a waterproof cover if plugging it in outdoors.
Can this camera be used outdoors/indoors?
This camera can be used both indoors and outdoors. It is IP65 certified weatherproof and its operating temperature is from -20°C to 50°C (-4°F to 122°F), ideal for outdoor and indoor usage.
Can the power cable be extended?
No, sorry, the power cable for the O3 camera cannot be extended.
How long is the power cable?

Does this camera have motion tracking capability?
No, it does not. The camera's shooting angle is fixed, and can only be manually adjusted. The camera does not have automatic motion tracking functionality.
Is this camera compatible with voice assistants?

Does O3 Outdoor Camera requires an SD card or a subscription?
It all depends on the choice according to your needs! 1. Neither SD card nor cloud storage required: You could view the live page, but the video playback will not be saved. 2.
