Please read Arenti's shipping information carefully to understand how your order will be shipped, how your shipment will be tracked, and what the ownership, conditions, and risks are.

Orders placed on Arenti's official website can be shipped to the following countries and regions:

As the Balearic Islands are an island region, shipping costs are higher than other areas. Therefore, an additional shipping fee will be charged to ensure your shopping experience. Thank you for your understanding. |

Any delivery date given by us is our best estimate only and Arenti will not be responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

There is FREE SHIPPING for all orders to the countries and regions listed above.
The total amount shown at checkout is only the amount you will have to pay for the product(s).
For products that are NOT shipped from the local warehouse (the recipient's address and the shipping warehouse are not in the same region or country) and for which there are no customs fees to declare, Arenti is not responsible for duties, taxes (including VAT) and brokerage fees (if required). These costs are borne by the recipient.
For orders shipped to the remote areas listed above, you, the buyer, may be required to pay customs fees.
Check the status of your order and delivery
Your order can be tracked after you receive an email confirmation.
You can easily view your order through the online tracking page. Enter your order ID, type your email and click "TRACK". You will get the details of your order and tracking number. Click "TRACK" on the page to track your shipment in detail.

All orders will be shipped within 2 business days EXCEPT for your pre-orders. Please note the estimated ship date for pre-order items.
Please make sure your address details are correct as we are unable to change the direction of a package once it is on its way. All orders will only be shipped to the address provided at checkout and it is your responsibility to check and verify this. If a loss occurs due to an incorrectly entered address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be held solely responsible for the financial loss.
Note: Please do not provide a PO box address as your package cannot be sent by any courier.
Orders that have already been shipped (you have received a tracking number or your order status has been completed) cannot normally be cancelled. If you must refuse delivery due to force majeure after your package has been shipped by Arenti, you will be subject to the return and refund policy and will be required to pay the original shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that you will be asked to sign for your parcel upon delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery and do not receive your parcel, we will send you an email to notify you. You can contact the courier company to arrange another delivery.
If you do not contact the delivery company within 5 days of the delivery attempt, they may return the item to us and we may be charged a restocking fee of double the delivery cost. In this case, we reserve the right to ask you to pay the return postage fee and any additional re-delivery costs before we can re-deliver the item to you.
It is your responsibility to check that the order is complete and undamaged upon delivery of the goods. Before accepting delivery you should carefully examine the goods for obvious damage and, where possible, check the contents. If the goods are delivered damaged you have the right to reject the goods and inform the delivery person of the reason for rejection. Alternatively you can sign the goods as "UNCHECKED" when accepting delivery, thereby simultaneously accepting the order as complete.
If for any reason the product you ordered is not available at the time of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone within the same or next working day. We will inform you of the estimated delivery time. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to cancel your order without obligation and we will refund you the full amount.
After a successful transaction, you will be notified that your order has been shipped and will receive a tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number within 48 hours of completing your purchase, please first check your "spam" folder and then contact us.
