You can receive a limited warranty of 2 years when you purchase a new product from Arenti's official website arenti.com.

(a) if the product is a "sample" or "not for sale";
(b) if the product was purchased from an unauthorized dealer or reseller; 
(c) if trademarks, serial plates, or product stickers have been removed, altered, or tampered with; 
(d) if the product has been disassembled, mishandled, improperly used, or defaced; 
(e) if firmware upgrades have been performed without the guidance of an authorized technician; 
(f) if damages have occurred due to accidents, disassembly, misuse, maintenance, or alteration by anyone other than the authorized seller, or if the spare part has been used beyond the warranty period; 
(g) if the product has been damaged due to an unsuitable working environment or operation, such as inappropriate temperature, humidity, unusual physical or electrical stress or interference, failure or fluctuation of electrical power, static electricity, use of an incorrect power supply, etc; 
(h) if the product has been damaged due to violations of instructions for safe handling and use of batteries; 
(i) if the product has been damaged due to force majeure, natural disasters, etc.
(j) if the warranty is for the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

(k) if the product is a free gift provided during a promotional event, it is not covered under the warranty.
