What is the image quality of the AInanny baby camera?

Compared to the 1080P devices on the market, it can display a clear video, so you can see exactly what is happening with your baby.
Does it work with 5 GHz WiFi networks?
- The AInanny baby monitor only supports 2.4 GHz WLAN.
So please make sure that you are connected to 2.4 GHz WLAN before using the AInanny baby camera.
Does it need WiFi to work properly?
- If you watch the video through the Arenti app, both the AInanny baby camera and the app need to be connected to the internet. If the camera is not connected to the Wi-Fi, the alarm message will not be sent to the app. If the camera is successfully connected to the Wi-Fi, the app can receive notifications anytime and anywhere by connecting through mobile data or Wi-Fi.
However, a WLAN connection is not necessary if you only want to view the playback on the monitor.
Does the AInanny baby camera have a built-in battery, or does it need to be charged?
- The AInanny baby camera does not have a built-in battery. The camera is not rechargeable, but must be connected to the power outlet for use.
However, the monitor is equipped with a rechargeable battery.
If there is no power outlet at the location where you want to set up the camera, you can use an extension cord of suitable length! (Make sure that the network is stable at this location)

Does AInanny Babymonitor support multiple logins?
- For security reasons, an account can only be logged in on one mobile phone at a time, and others can only view the real-time video of the camera through the sharing mechanism.
Arenti-App - Device (click on the device to go to the real-time video page) - Settings - Device Sharing - Add, follow the instructions to share your device. Please note that your friend needs to create an account (in the same country) and log in to the Arenti-App.
Is it necessary to keep the app turned on all the time if someone wants to receive notifications from the app at any time?
- Check the settings of your phone and whether you have enabled the notification permission for the Arenti app. Make sure that the motion/sound detection function is enabled: Open the app - Device (click on the device to go to the real-time video page) - Settings - Alarm settings page. Check if the alarm notification function is turned on: Open the app - Device (click on the device to go to the real-time page) - Settings page Check.
If your phone is an Android device, the receipt of notifications will be stopped once you close the app. Please make sure that the app is running or ensure that the resident messaging service is enabled (Arenti app - Me - Settings). The app will run automatically in the background to facilitate the receipt of visitor calls and alarm notifications.
How long is the warranty valid?
- The warranty period is 1 year. If you have any questions about the product, please contact our customer service at support@arenti.com to solve the problem. Once it is confirmed that there is a problem with the device, we will replace it with a new one for free :)
