What is the image quality of the AInanny baby camera?

Compared to 1080P devices on the market, it can display clear video so you can see exactly what's happening with your baby.

Does it work with 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks?

--The AInanny baby monitor only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.
Please make sure you are connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network before using the AInanny baby camera.

Does it require Wi-Fi to function properly?

--When viewing the video via the Arenti app, both the AInanny baby camera and the app must be connected to the internet. If the camera is not connected to Wi-Fi, the alarm notification will not be sent to the app. If the camera is successfully connected to Wi-Fi, the app can receive notifications anytime, anywhere by connecting via mobile data or Wi-Fi. However, a Wi-Fi connection is not necessary if you are only viewing the video on the monitor.

Does the AInanny baby camera have a built-in battery or does it need to be charged?

--The AInanny baby camera does not have a built-in battery. The camera is not rechargeable and must be plugged into an electrical outlet for use.
However, the monitor is equipped with a rechargeable battery. If there is no power outlet where you plan to set up the camera, you can use an extension cable of a suitable length! (Make sure the network in that location is stable.) Power supply: DC 5V1A Type-C

Is it necessary to keep the app on all the time if someone wants to receive notifications from the app at any time?

-- Check your phone's settings and make sure you've enabled notification permission for the Arenti app. Make sure the motion/sound detection feature is enabled: Open the app - Device (click on the device to go to the live video page) - Settings - Alarm Settings page. Check if the alarm notification feature is enabled: Open the app - Device (click on the device to go to the live video page) - Settings page.
If your phone is an Android device, notifications will stop being received once you close the app. Please make sure the app is running or ensure the resident messaging service is enabled (Arenti App - Me - Settings). The app will automatically run in the background to facilitate the receipt of visitor calls and alarm notifications.

How long is the warranty valid?

--The warranty period is 1 year. If you have any questions about the product, please contact our customer service at support@arenti.com to resolve the issue. Once the issue is confirmed, we will replace it with a new one free of charge. :)

Does the AInanny camera emit radiation? Is it harmful to newborns?

--The AInanny camera complies with CE and FCC certification (Class B) and transmits at 868 MHz (EU) or 915 MHz (US) with very low power. The resulting electromagnetic radiation is well below legal limits and is considered safe – even for newborns.
