Patrol points are pre-set camera monitoring locations. You can configure up to six areas in the Arenti app and quickly direct the camera to any specified position with a single click.

How do I insert the SD card into P3TT Indoor Camera?

Slide the camera up to see the card slot.
Note: We recommend using a Class 10 and above, format FAT32, up to 256GB, brand-name Micro SD card.

Why is my camera suddenly rotating? Was it hacked?

Your camera may have one of the following features enabled:

Motion Tracking: The camera automatically adjusts its angle to follow detected movement.
Sound-Triggered Patrol: When unusual sounds are detected, the camera performs a 360° patrol to monitor the area.
If you notice your camera moving, it’s simply these features functioning as intended.

To ensure your data remains secure, our cameras use AES-128 encryption and TLS 1.2 protocols, providing robust protection for your privacy and information.

Can this camera be used outdoors?
